Manufactured using a friction welding process, the heads are attached extremely securely, making the dumbbell very durable and robust. The chrome-plated handle is fully knurled and straight, to provide maximum grip, just like a commercial-grade Dumbbell. Compared with a regular ergonomic handle, which can be a slippery grip, our dumbells offer a full knurl for a secure grip at any weight.

The versatile training tool
Solid Construction – Dumbbells are friction welded, the shaft and the head of the dumbells are attached using an extremely durable welding process over the normal screwed in ends of most other dumbells. The friction welding process makes for a much longer-lasting dumbbell, through a very strong internal bond, that can meet the demands of any gym environment.
