- Ideal for strongman training and events
- Includes outer bag and internal filler bag with ties
- Heavy duty 1000D cordura nylon for increased durability
- Cumbersome sack style shape ideal for carrying and loading exercises
- Reinforced quadruple stitched seams
- Strong strap and buckle fastening
- Filler bag includes cable ties
- Replacement filler bags also sold separately
- Note: these bags can be dropped but are not designed to be slammed or dragged

- How to fill your sandbag:
- Open main sandbag and place empty filler bag inside
- Open out filler bag within the main bag and fill with sand
- Course sand is better than fine as it’s less likely to leak
- Load sand up to desired weight
- Twist neck of filler bag and secure with ties?
- Close drawstring on main bag
- Gather neck of main bag as close as possible to the filler bag. This is important in order to avoid the filler bag from moving around inside the main bag
- Fasten neck of main bag securely using the strap and buckle
